Universal annotation processor for requirements such as Argument, ContextRequirement and BindRequirement. It processes annotations with RequirementDefinition annotation. It creates requirements based on the type of the annotation. Default annotations which are processed by this processor are Arg, Varargs, Flag, Context, Bind and more.
